Quidustry Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: September 16, 2026

Welcome to Quidustry. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quidustry website, platform, marketplace, and related services.

By creating an account or using Quidustry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the platform.

1. About Quidustry

Quidustry is a digital work marketplace that connects businesses and individuals.

Businesses can create campaigns, post tasks, assignments, research projects, testing activities, data-related work, and other legitimate assignments. Workers can discover available opportunities and receive payment for eligible work that they successfully complete in accordance with the requirements of each assignment.

Quidustry provides the marketplace and related technology. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Quidustry is not the employer of workers using the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use Quidustry in your country.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally permitted to use the platform.
  • You will maintain the security of your account.
  • You will comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

Businesses must also have the authority to represent the organisation or entity they register on Quidustry.

3. Your Account

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activity conducted through your account.
  • Not allowing another person to use your account where account sharing is prohibited.

You must notify Quidustry if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

4. Worker Responsibilities

Workers agree to complete assignments honestly and according to the instructions provided by the business or Quidustry.

Workers must:

  • Read task requirements before accepting an assignment.
  • Submit genuine and accurate work.
  • Provide authentic proof or evidence where required.
  • Complete work personally unless the task expressly permits collaboration.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Follow applicable laws and platform rules.
  • Avoid manipulating task results or submissions.

A worker is not automatically entitled to payment merely because a task was started or submitted. Payment may depend on successful completion and approval according to the requirements of the particular campaign.

5. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Quidustry agree to provide legitimate and lawful work.

Businesses must:

  • Provide accurate task descriptions.
  • Clearly state requirements and compensation.
  • Fund campaigns where required before workers begin work.
  • Review submissions fairly and within a reasonable period.
  • Pay for valid work that satisfies the stated requirements.
  • Avoid requesting unlawful, deceptive, dangerous, or abusive activities.
  • Respect applicable employment, consumer-protection, privacy, advertising, and other laws.

Businesses must not use Quidustry to obtain passwords, financial credentials, sensitive personal information, or other information from workers except where expressly permitted and legally justified.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Quidustry to:

  • Commit fraud or deception.
  • Create fake accounts or duplicate accounts for improper purposes.

A submission may be rejected if it does not satisfy the published requirements.

If a worker believes a submission was incorrectly rejected, the worker may use the dispute or support process made available by Quidustry.

Quidustry may review disputes using available information, including task instructions, submitted evidence, communications, timestamps, account activity, and other relevant records.

Where appropriate, Quidustry may make a determination regarding the release, withholding, or reversal of funds.

9. Fees and Commissions

Quidustry may charge businesses, workers, or other users fees for particular services.

Where a fee applies, it should be communicated through the relevant platform interface, campaign, service description, or transaction before the applicable transaction is completed.

Quidustry may also operate referral commissions or promotional programmes.

Referral rewards are subject to the rules of the applicable programme and may require the referred user or business to complete qualifying activity.

Quidustry may modify its fees, commissions, or reward structures with appropriate notice where required by law.

10. Referrals

Quidustry may allow users to refer workers or businesses.

Referral programmes are intended to reward genuine users who introduce legitimate participants to the platform.

11. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they create and submit, subject to the rights necessary for Quidustry and relevant businesses to operate campaigns and provide services.

By submitting work through a campaign, you grant the relevant parties the rights necessary to review, process, use, and evaluate that work for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to workers do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

Quidustry's software, branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, and other platform materials belong to Quidustry or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed without permission.

12. Confidentiality

Businesses may provide confidential information when creating campaigns.
