Welcome to Quidustry ("Quidustry," "we," "us," or "our"), a micro-task marketplace accessible at quidustry.com (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including registration, task completion, payments, and the referral program.
By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Quidustry.
1.2. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated.
1.3. Quidustry reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate access to anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
2.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your password.
2.2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
2.3. You must notify us immediately at support@quidustry.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
2.4. One account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses, task limits, or payment systems is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of earned balances.
3.1. Quidustry is a micro-task marketplace that connects Employers (individuals or businesses posting tasks) with Workers (users completing tasks in exchange for payment).
3.2. Quidustry acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, frequency, or value of tasks at any given time.
3.3. Quidustry reserves the right to add, remove, or modify task categories, features, and platform functionality at any time without prior notice.
4.1. Workers must complete tasks according to the specific instructions provided by the Employer for that task.
4.2. Submitting false, incomplete, fraudulent, or plagiarized proof of task completion is strictly prohibited and may result in rejection of the submission, forfeiture of payment, and/or account suspension.
4.3. Employers reserve the right to review and approve or reject task submissions. Quidustry's standard review window is stated on the Platform and is subject to change.
4.4. Rejected task submissions are not eligible for payment unless successfully disputed through Quidustry's support process.
4.5. Repeated submission of rejected or low-quality work may result in restrictions on your account, including reduced access to available tasks.
5.1. Approved task earnings will be credited to your Quidustry account balance in accordance with the payment terms stated for each task.
5.2. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount, as stated on the Platform, which may be updated from time to time.
5.3. Quidustry will process valid withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary due to factors outside our control, including third-party payment processor delays.
5.4. You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment details. Quidustry is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect account information submitted by the user.
5.5. Quidustry reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse payments where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
5.6. Applicable transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed on the Platform prior to withdrawal.
6.1. Quidustry offers a referral program allowing existing users to invite new users via a unique referral link.
6.2. Referral bonuses are calculated as a percentage of the referred user's task earnings and/or deposits, as stated on the Platform. These percentages may be changed at Quidustry's discretion, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
6.3. Referral bonuses are only valid for genuine, independent users. Self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse of the referral system is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referral earnings and possible account termination.
6.4. Quidustry reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral bonuses obtained through fraudulent means.
You agree not to:
7.1. Create multiple accounts or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to complete tasks or interact with the Platform.
7.2. Submit false, plagiarized, or AI-generated content where original human work is explicitly required by a task.
7.3. Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's referral system, payment system, or task review process.
7.4. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
7.5. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, Employers, or Quidustry staff.
7.6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to Quidustry's systems.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending balance.
8.1. Quidustry reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the Platform.
8.2. Users may request account deletion by contacting support@quidustry.com. Any pending, eligible balance will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal terms prior to closure, subject to verification.
8.3. Quidustry is not obligated to pay out balances associated with accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.
9.1. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the Quidustry name, logo, design, and software, is the property of Quidustry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2. You retain ownership of original content you submit as task proof, but grant Quidustry and the relevant Employer a license to use that submission for the purposes of task verification and payment.
10.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.2. Quidustry does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Task availability, approval rates, and earning potential vary and are not guaranteed.
10.3. Quidustry is not responsible for the conduct of Employers or other Workers on the Platform.
11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quidustry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11.2. Quidustry's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount held in your account balance at the time the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quidustry, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Quidustry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.1. In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to first contact Quidustry support at support@quidustry.com to seek an informal resolution.
15.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
